In meinem Arbeitsvertrag steht 40 Stundenwoche. Allerdings sind 5 Überstunden pro Woche mit dem Gehalt abgegolten. Kanzleizeiten sind von 8:30.18:30 dh 10 Stunden dh die 5 Überstunden sind eigentlich Dauerzustand.
Gehalt: 4.600 Euro brutto, mittelgroße Kanzlei (8 Anwälte)
Ist das legal?
Ist das üblich?
Oder werde ich abgezockt?
