"Normale" Privatwirtschaft ggü Beamtentum noch kompetitiv?

@Patenter Gast ggfs. bist du auch einfach in einem Rechtsgebiet unterwegs, das nicht besonders reizvoll ist. Wir beobachten bei uns im Unternehmen schon eine deutliche Zunahme an Initiativbewerbungen. 

Mein Kollege aus dem selben Rechtsgebiet in der GK meint, dass sie mit Bewerbungen überflutet werden. Aber bis zu uns scheint die Suche der Bewerber dann nicht zu reichen und, wie gesagt, wir stehen in jedem Fachranking drin. 
Und diese KI-Gebashe ist mir auch zu eindimensional. Legoras Founder hat gerade gesagt (ich poste es einfach mal rein):

The cost would have killed the project before it started. 
The work wasn't economical before. So no one did it. Now it gets done. 
That's Jevons Paradox applied to law. Better tools don't shrink the market. They expand it. 
Who gets hurt most if this model holds across every professional services industry?
