Hallo Zusammen,
ich bin ein Kandidat aus NRW.
Hat jemanden Erfahrung damit, ob der Gnadenversuch einem gewährt wird, wenn man einmal mit 23 und einmal mit 22 Punkten durchgefallen ist.
Ich unterfalle der alten JAG Regelung:
"Bei zweimaligem Misserfolg kann die Präsidentin oder der Präsident des Landesjustizprüfungsamtes einem Prüfling, der die Wiederholungsprüfung in Nordrhein-Westfalen nicht bestanden hat, auf Antrag die nochmalige Wiederholung gestatten, wenn eine hinreichende Aussicht auf Erfolg besteht."
