ich stehe kurz vor dem Berufseinstieg. Da HO ja nunmehr in aller Munde ist. Habt ihr Erfahrungen welche Kanzlei einem möglichst viel (nicht nur 2 Tage) ,sondern wirklich 4 Tage aufwärts HO ermöglicht.
Ist das möglich oder kommen die HR Leute wieder mit Teamzusammenhalt etc. um die Ecke? Habt ihr Erfahrungen? Seht ihr sonst irgendwelche Nachteile die viel HO mitsichbringen? In der Pandemie hat es ja auch geklappt.

Das kannst du wohl vergessen. Habe mich im Frühjahr bei FBD, Hengeler usw beworben. Die hätten mich genommen von den Noten her. Als ich nach home Office an mindestens 3 bis 4 Tagen gefragt habe, war der Ofen aus.
