Die Rechnung kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es gibt 110.000 brutto p.a. plus halt umsatzabhängigen Bonus, insgesamt meist so um die 150.000 brutto im Jahr
Das gibts doch in GKs zum Berufseinstieg. So wie ich den Vorposter verstanden habe, ist dieser Salary Partner/Counsel. Dafür braucht man mindestens 6-8 Jahre. Der Bonus als Berufseinsteiger bedeutet einen kleinen Anteil am eigenen Umsatz. Der Salary Partner/Counsel hingegen führt Mandate komplett eigenverantwortlich. Das ist etwas völlig anderes.
MK =/= GK
Der Berufseinsteiger bei der GK hat auch keine 40h-Woche.
