Der sich unterscheidende Faktor in den von Dir genannten Fällen ist wohl weniger der Fleiß, als vielmehr der wissenschaftliche Anspruch. Um es kurz zu machen: Es ist vollkommen ausgeschlossen, in 6 Monaten eine Dissertationsschrift zu verfassen, für deren Publikation man die juristische Doktorwürde auch wirklich verdienen würde!
